Abstrakt

This article presents the results of a pilot study aimed at assessing the social distance of university students toward individuals who differ from them in their attitudes toward religion. To achieve this goal, a Social Distance Scale, an Assessment of the Importance of Attitudes Toward Religion Scale, and a sociodemographic questionnaire were used. The results indicate that individuals differing in their attitudes toward religion are met with a high level of acceptance among the surveyed students, particularly those studying social sciences and in more formal and casual situations.
